Faster support starts with the page, route, browser, and crawler mode you were using when the issue happened.

  • Search, scrape, or crawl mode
  • Approximate time of the run
  • Screenshot or exact error text
  • Whether you were logged in or public

For checkout or credit questions, include the plan, email, and whether this is local testing, preview, or production.

Crawler output depends on public accessThe current crawler uses public URLs. Robots rules, access restrictions, unsupported pages, or protected content may cause a run to fail, skip pages, or produce no output.
