Trial access
The 14-day trial includes exactly 500 total trial credits before paid billing begins; full monthly plan credits activate only after the first successful paid invoice.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions provide plan-based credits, limits, and access for the selected billing interval.
Credit top-ups
Top-ups add credits for eligible plans and are intended for additional usage when included credits run low.
Launch gates
During controlled launch, checkout and billing portal actions may be gated until live billing is deliberately enabled.
Refund and cancellation rule
Completed membership payments are non-refundableCompleted membership and seat payments are non-refundable except where required by law or to correct an actual billing error.Cancellation preserves paid-through accessCanceling does not end an already-paid membership period early. Paid access, included credits, paid seats, and included storage remain available through the paid-through date.
Billing support
We will correct billing errorsContact billing support for duplicate charges, an actual billing error, a failed checkout, or a subscription question. Any refund required by law or needed to correct an actual billing error will be handled through billing support.Cancel before the next renewalTo prevent the next recurring charge, cancel before the next renewal date. Cancellation does not create a cash refund or account credit merely because time remains in the current paid period.
