How trial access, subscriptions, crawler credits, top-ups, launch gates, and billing support are handled.

Billing model

Trial access

The 14-day trial includes exactly 1,000 total crawler credits before paid billing begins; full monthly plan credits activate only after the first successful paid invoice.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions provide plan-based crawler credits, limits, and access for the selected billing interval.

Credit top-ups

Top-ups add crawler credits for eligible plans and are intended for additional usage when included credits run low.

Launch gates

During controlled launch, checkout and billing portal actions may be gated until live billing is deliberately enabled.

Refund review
Billing support reviews requestsRefund, duplicate-charge, failed-checkout, and subscription questions should be sent to the billing contact channel.
Usage mattersCompleted crawler usage, consumed credits, and generated outputs may affect refund eligibility for a billing period or top-up.
Customer action
Cancel before renewalCustomers are responsible for canceling a subscription before the next billing period when they do not want continued access.
Include account contextBilling requests should include the account email, plan, date, invoice/checkout context, and any portal or payment message shown.
